Mrs. Zeringue has worked as a technical and administrative technician for more than 11 years on projects involving permitting, Phase I Environmental Assessments, civil drafting, structural drafting, and transportation/traffic engineering. Her primary project focus has been technical engineering assistance to both the Civil and Structural Engineering Departments.
Mrs. Zeringue has experience in both single family and multi-family developments, including architectural, landscape, structural, civil and utility drafting design, as well as coordination and meetings with local utility providers. She has assisted with transportation requirements, including performing Traffic Impact Analysis according to Louisiana Department of Transportation (LADOTD) requirements.
Other responsibilities include project research and feasibility studies for site development. She works with different environmental organizations to collect data for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and coordinates data collection and studies with the parish and the state to complete Traffic Impact Analysis studies and traffic planning. Mrs. Zeringue is knowledgeable of landscape design regulations and planning and zoning codes. She assists the Project Manager with inventory and analysis of existing site conditions on a variety of projects, including but not limited to, environmental preservation issues, transit, pedestrian, land use, parks, and landscaping. Upon collection of this data, Mrs. Zeringue assists the design team in the development and implementation of the design program.
