Since Mr. Majnerick graduated in 2000, he has been employed in the engineering field as a civil designer, with experience in the latest versions of AutoCAD applications. During his employment, he works directly with registered professionals in civil engineering and landscape architect/architectural fields. As the lead draftsman and designer, he produces construction drawings for projects in the formats required by different municipalities, as well as private clients. His primary responsibility is preparing detailed drawings for civil engineering projects, structural engineering projects, cemeteries, bike path projects, drainage improvements, roadway design improvements, landscape projects and architectural floor plans and details. He is also responsible for producing drawings involving site utilities and layout, which include drainage, water supply, sewer lines, and pavement construction, drawings for single family subdivision design, multi-family site design, roadway design improvements, roadway design and profiles, grade layouts, permanent pavement markings, typical and standard details, and typical, standard, and cross sections. Project Management for single family, multi-family developments, and commercial developments. Site assessment of properties for Phase 1 evaluations.
Additionally, Mr. Majnerick performs all aspects of data entry and various software to conduct model runs for water modeling, sewer modeling and hydraulic modeling for drainage flows. He also has extensive experience with such software packages as Microstation and AutoCAD for CAD Design, CAD Overlay imaging software that works with AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D for civil site design, ESRI’s ArcView for GIS and Innovyze InfoWater for modeling of water systems, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access database software.
